Jothi Periasamy, a chief data scientist at Experfy (Harvard Innovation Lab). Jothi has deep “hands-on” subject matter expertise in big data, predictive analytics, in-memory data processing and cloud computing. Jothi has around 17 years of data & analytics implementation experience includes advisory, thought leadership, strategy development, project delivery, practice development, and solution design. He specializes in several industry processes including public policy, finance, smart grids, customers, spend, asset management, and performance improvements. He focuses on creating opportunities and values through advanced analytics, planning, forecasting, and profitability and cost management, activity based costing, and management/statutory reporting. Jothi’s most recent experience includes working with various energy clients on big data analytics (BDA) initiative to develop a rollout strategy and deployment plan, enterprise data architecture, data management and data governance framework.

Jothi works very closely with organizational senior leaders, business process owners to develop an approach, methodology, and accelerators to standardize big data and analytics implementation across enterprise.He has been globally recognized by fortune 500 company CIO’s and CFO’s as a best subject matter resource (SMR) and delivery expert for big data analytics and data science.

Jothi holds a Masters degree in Strategy and Advance PM from Stanford University.
