Manikandan is our consultant of drilling engineering with having 25 plus years of experience. In the past he had worked for Shell, Integrated Drilling Services, Cairn and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation.

His areas of expertise are in he has expertise in well design and well planning, operating rigs and tendering, cost estimation and audits. He has experience in niche areas like casing while drilling, rotary steerable systems in extended reach deviated and high angle wells, drilling wells with MWD and LWD tools with TLC or tractors, using SBM mud for low invasive coring and use of turbines extreme motors and impregnated bits for hard and abrasive formations. He holds a valid International Well Control Forum (IWCF) and Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) certificates.
