Rajeshwaran is an expert geophysicist with over 29 years of industry experience. He was actively involved and spearheaded challenging seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation assignments. Prior to joining Telesto Energy he had worked for Petronas, Schlumberger, Shell and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation in both technical and managerial roles. In this period, he had successfully delivered many explorations, appraisal and development projects.
His areas of expertise is in identifying and evaluating prospects using geophysical and petrophysical data. Especially on clastic and carbonate reservoirs in Australia, India, Malaysia, North Sea, China, Saudi Arabia Egypt, Angola and Iran. He was widely recognized for delivering effective technical training at Petronas. In addition, he has established skills in motivating teams for maximizing performance and timely completion. Currently his areas of interest are, post and pre-stack attribute analysis for reservoir characterization.
