Radhakrishnan is a production and facilities engineer with over 30 years of industry experience. In the past, he had worked for Cairn, Statoil Hydro, Petroleum Development of Oman(PDO), National Iranian Oil Company, Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA).

His areas of expertise lies in production operations, especially in erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of onshore and offshore projects, developing standard operating procedures (SOP) and workflows for improving operational efficiency and tendering and bid evaluation. In addition, has good understanding of heavy capacity oil stabilizers, gas treatment and water and gas injection units. Along with good understanding of international regulations and codes like API, ASTM, ASME, NACE DNV and NFPA.
